This website info.persee.fr (hereinafter “the Site”) and its sub-domains are published by the UMS 3602 Persée, a joint laboratory directed by Ms Nathalie Fargier and established by the University of Lyon (UdL), the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the École normale supérieure de Lyon (ENS de Lyon), hereinafter together the “governing Authorities”.
The ENS of Lyon is commissioned by the UdL and the CNRS, regarding the exercise on their behalf of all their rights and obligations as part of this Site.
The ENS de Lyon is a public scientific, cultural and professional institution, whose registered office is located at 15 Parvis René Descartes, 69342 Lyon Cedex 07, represented by its President, Mr Jean-François PINTON, hereinafter the “ENS de Lyon”.
These general conditions apply to any person accessing the Site and its Services (hereinafter “You” or “User”).
The governing Authorities and the User (together the “Parties”) agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by the General Terms and Conditions of Use, hereinafter “the T&CUs “, which are accessible on this Site.
Any access to the Site requires prior consultation and acceptance of the T&CU’s.
Consequently, the User acknowledges that he/she is fully informed of the fact that his/her agreement regarding the content of these T&CUs does not require the handwritten signature of this document, insofar as he/she wishes to access the Site online.
These T&CUs are subject to change. It is therefore understood that the T&CUs applicable to the visits to the Site are those in force on the Site at the time of the visit. The date of publication of these T&CUs is the date of entry into force.
Any new visit after the entry into force of new T&CUs is therefore subject to these new T&Cs.
