ENSSIB

A partnership between Persée and the École Nationale Supérieure des Sciences de l’Information et des Bibliothèques (ENSSIB) has been established as part of the continuing education course Digitizing in Libraries: Disseminating Collections, Producing Usable Data.

Huma-Num

Huma-Num is a research infrastructure dedicated to humanities, social sciences, and digital humanities. It is implemented by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research and jointly managed by the CNRS, Aix-Marseille University, and the Campus Condorcet.
Persée’s data is harvested by Isidore.

CTLes

The Centre Technique du Livre de l’Enseignement Supérieur (CTLes) is a public administrative institution offering remote storage and access services to academic libraries in the Île-de-France region for low-use collections.
CTLes also plays a key role in the cooperative management system for conserving printed periodical collections and collaborates with Persée within the framework of the Digitization Program for Shared Conservation Plans of Periodicals (PCPP).

INIST

INIST and Persée collaborate to supply the Persée portal with scientific collections. INIST handles digitization and documentation, while Persée trains dedicated staff to use its processing workflow and ensures dissemination. This partnership has led to the publication of materials in the field of glaciology.
As part of the FNSO2 “Rapido” call for projects, INIST is leveraging expertise developed under the ISTEX project in corpus processing, particularly place name identification. This project is an opportunity for INIST to adapt its tools to other publication corpora, namely those of Persée.

Mir@bel

For each journal, Mir@bel offers links to full-text content, tables of contents, abstracts, or article indexing, and allows users to navigate to many complementary sites.
All Persée journals are indexed in Mir@bel.
Additionally, within the framework of the Mir@bel 2022 project funded by the FNSO2 Call for Projects, Persée is involved in collaboratively referencing journals and their academic or commercial publishers using the IdRef authority file.

ABES

ABES provides institutions in higher education and research with the IdRef (Identifiers and Authority Records) service for authority data sharing. Persée is an active contributor to this network, implementing both manual and automated alignment processes.
Beyond linking person records across information systems, the partnership aims to improve data quality on both sides: discrepancies and conflicts identified during alignment processes are reported and analyzed, with the corresponding records being corrected and enriched as needed.

CINES

The Centre Informatique National pour l’Enseignement Supérieur ensures the long-term preservation of data produced by Persée via the PAC Platform.

Interuniversity Library of the Sorbonne (BIS)

Persée and BIS work together to highlight specialized collections in response to research team requests. For instance, the Archives Parlementaires of the French Revolution have been digitized, with detailed indexing and tagging currently being carried out by the Institut d’histoire de la Révolution française.
BIS also partners with Persée within the shared conservation plans for printed periodicals (PCPP).

Bibliothèque Diderot de Lyon (BDL)

A multidisciplinary academic and research library, the BDL holds a significant collection of printed periodicals. It provides Persée with missing issues or pages from digitized collections, helping to fill gaps and improve the quality of the Persée portal.
The Bibliothèque Historique de l’Éducation (BHE) project aims to offer an enhanced digitized corpus related to the history of education.

SCD Paris Descartes University

From 2008 to 2017, the library at Paris Descartes University contributed to enriching the Persée portal by digitizing and documenting scholarly journals, particularly in its areas of excellence: the history of science and sociology.

University of Angers Library and the Marguerite Durand Library

The TEMOS research lab (University of Angers) is a leading French center for the history of gender and feminism. The Archives du féminisme association founded the Centre des Archives du Féminisme in Angers and works closely with the Marguerite Durand Library and La Contemporaine, contributing to public archive cataloguing.
In this context, the FemEnRev Perséide aims to serve as a collaborative research platform for the digitization, metadata enrichment, semantic annotation, preservation, and dissemination of feminist periodicals, for both heritage and scientific purposes.

SCD Bordeaux-Montaigne

The SCD Bordeaux-Montaigne collaborates with Persée in the shared digitization program of the PCPP.

SCD Lille

A partnership is in place between Persée and Lille’s university library to develop collaborative projects and produce content for the Persée platform.

Sainte-Geneviève Library, BULAC, and Sciences Po Library

These institutions are part of the NumaHOP project: a tool originating in French academic libraries, initiated by three Parisian institutions (Sciences Po Paris, BULAC, and Sainte-Geneviève Library).
With support from the CollEx-Persée initiative to promote tool sharing for digitization and enrichment and to build an open, interoperable workflow, these partners are developing a shared NumaHOP instance and connecting it to Persée’s dissemination and enrichment platform.
